In the name of Almighty God. Amen I John Killman being weak in body, but in sound mind and memory, do make this my last will and Testament.
Item. I Give and bequeath unto my dear wife Nancy Killman, all of my Real and personal estate, and all right and title to any property which I hold, to her and her heirs forever. as witness my hand and seal this the Twenty seventh day of June one thousand Eight hundred and forty six.
