April 1803

Surveyed a tract of land containing two hundred & twelve acres & an half acre late in the Occupation of William Silverthorn decd. situate upon the sound near the mouth of Pocomoke River in the County afsd. Also under the direction of the Sheriff of the county afsd. & a Jury by him empanelled on the premisses, laid off the dower of Abigail Silverthorn widow of John Silverthorn decd. in one hundred & eighty seven acres & an half acre, parcel of the said tract which the said John Silverthorn devised to the said William Silverthorn for life, with remainder in fee to Kendall Silverthorn, son of the sd. William Silverthorn: the other twenty five acre parcel of sd. tract being purchased by the said William Silverthorn in his life from Joshua Silverthorn
