March 11th 1800Surveyed a lot of land at the request
of Wm. Peck near Drummond which lot the said Peck hat lately purchased of Benjamin
Potter (Tanner) and is bounded as follows (towit) on the N.W. by the lands of Hugh
Ker on the S.E. by the road leading to Back Street in Drummond which divises for
the lands of Geo: Drummond (orphan) on the S.W. by the remainder of the lot of Benjamin
Potter and westerly by a Grass lot belonging to the said Geo: Drummond (orphan) See
plat &c below
