At the request of Mr. Alexander Morrison & Isaac Melson, laid off the lands lately inherited by William Smith & Adah his wife in right of the said wife Adah, as one of the heirs of Coventon Mears decd Containing one Hundred and Seventeen & one quarter Acres, into two equal parts, so that each part Containing fifty eight Acres, two roods & twenty perches, of which parts the said William Smith hath contracted to sell that part which lies towards the S. E. to the said Alexr: Morrison, & that which lies towards the N. W. to the sd Isaac Melson
