at the request of Ephraim Vessels Jr. son of James Twenty Acres fo land
from the lands of Major William Young which lands are (Situate) lying
and being in the Parish & County of Accomack near Guilford Creek
and bounded as follows (to wit) on the S.W. by the lands of the afsd
Ephraim Vessels, on the N.W. by the lands of James Ailworth on the N.E.
by the remainder of the lands of Wm Young and on the S.E. by the lands
of Geo Clayton, the plat Courses, and Distance & other particulars
