The index consists of six pages, but is virtually useless due to the inaccuracy of the names and page numbers given, as well as the failure to include all names. In addition, it appears that one or more index pages are missing. The images below are given here for the sake of completeness. Click on a thumbnail to view an index page just to see what it looks like, but consult the alphabetical List of Names of those whose property was surveyed if you wish to find a specific survey image.
