The
Deposition of Jonathan Savage aged forty two & upwards this Deponent Saith that he
Hath Known the Compt & Defent and hath known them many years and that he hath Known
the land in Dispute of & one standing and that he understood that part of the sd
Land belonged To Thomas Fox ye Plant to the Line that Coll: Preeson formerly run:
& that he thinks that the late Line run b Capt. Harmanson took away part of the Land
that He thought formerly belonged to Thomas Fox but that He never had any other reason
to think that any part of the said Land belonged to the said Fox than that it joined
on the rest of said Foxes land, and further This Deponent saith not

The
Deposition of Isaac Smith aged forty four Years and upwards saith that he hath known
the Plaintiff Thos Fox and the Deft Thos Savage thirty Years and upwards that this
Deponent Knows the land In Dispute or part of It: that he was present when Matthew
Harmanson Surveyor Made a Survey for Thomas Savage or part of the time and this Deponent
Saith that he Said that It is well If this Survey Doth not Cost Mony or trouble hereafter
and his Reson for Saying so was that he thought that part of the land that Savage
was taking up belonged to Thomas Fox the Compt and This Deponent further saith not
