The depositions of John Floyd Aged Forty years & upwards being Sworn & examined Saith that he happened in Company with Stokley Wilkins father of the Complainant who told this deponant that he had sold his Land to the defendt John Wilkins in which the deponant told the sd Stokley he thought he was to blaime to sell his Land from his Son Major the Complainant he the said Stokley Answered his Son was as well of as if he had not sold it for that he had reserved his own Life Edith his wifes Life & his Son Majors life, at which [-----] defendt John was not present & further this deponant saitheth not
