TThe Deposition of Thomas Addison aged forty five years or there abouts being first Sworn On the Holy Evangels of Almighty God deposeth and saith that he at sundry times heard Able Savage & John Turner say without being interrogated that the bond which Theophilus Turner had from them as for the Sum of five Pounds and that they had paid it of and the bond was burnt and further this deponent saith not
