Deed from Nancy Kilmon to Samuel Kilmon, Jr.

This Deed made 15th Day of March one thousand Eight hundred and fifty four between Nancy Kilmon widow of John of the one part & Samuel Kilmon Jr. of the other part in the [-----] of Accomack County in the State of Virginia - Witness that the said Nancy for and in conasideration of the sum of one hundred & Eighty Dollars to her in hand paid at or before the signing and seling of these presents the receipt whereas of is hereby acknowledge hath bargained and by these presents doth Grant bargain and sell unto the said Samuel Kilmopn Jr. his heirs and assigns for Ever a certain peace of Land and Marsh it being a part of Jobs Island Lying in the County of Accomack in the said state containing by estamation twenty five acors be the same more or less and bounded as folows on the North by the waters of Guilford Creeke on the East by Guilford Creek on the South by the Marsh Land of William Mathews & Daivd White, one the West by the Land and Mash of Samuel Kilmon Sr. - to Geather with all and singular hereditements and whatsever to the said Land belonging or appertaining to have and to hold the said here by Granted Land & Marsh with the Tenements, hereditenents, all and singular the premises herein before mentioned or intended to bee bargained and sold and Every part and parcel thereof to the said Samuel Kilmon Jr. for his heirs and assigns forever to and for the only prope use benefit and thereof thesaid Samuel Kilmon his heirs and assigns for ever - and the said Nancy Kilmon for hur Self and hur heirs the hereby Granted Land and Marsh free from the Clame of hur Self and hur heirs and of every other person or persons whatsoever shall and do Warrant and forever Defend the hereby Granted Land and Marsh in witness where of I have set my hnad and seal the day and year above written
