This deed made this day the 6th day of August Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and four between Jeremiah Mason and ann His wife of the County of Accomack and State of Veirginia of the One part and Edwd Kilman of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Jeremiah Mayson and Ann his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty pounds Six Shillings current money of the State aforesaid in specie to them in had paid by the said Edwd Kilman the act which is hereby acknowledged hath fiven granted bargained and Sold and by these presents give grant bargain and sell and do by these Presents give grant bargain and sell and confess the said Edwd Kilman fifteen acres of land more or less lying On Guilford One acre of Marsh of the following points lying and being in the Parish and County of Accomack and bounded as Follows to wit on the SE by a line of marked trees dividing from the Land of William Young Senr decd heirs then running at NW dividing from the Lands of William Taylor then dividing from the lands of Richard Taylor running about NNE then dividing from the lands of William Young To have and to hold the said fifteen acres more or less of land one acre of marsh more or less with the appurtenances tenements belonging to him the Edward Kilman his heirs and assigns forever to and for their use and benefit and for no other whatsoever and the sd Jermiah Mayson and Ann his wife with covenant that they have a good and clear estate in fee simple to the said fifteen acres of land one acre acre of marsh with the appurtenances aforesaid and that they will for themselves their heirs executors and administrators warrant and defend the same lands and its appurtenances to the sd Edwd Kilman his heirs and assigns forever to and for their use and benefit and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever [-----] from the claim & demand which can or may be set up by any person or persons to the said fifteen acres of land & marsh its appurtenances or any part whereof the parties to these presents have set their hands and affixed their seals this day and year first above mentioned.
