This Indenture made the twenthieth Day of October in ye Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Ninteen Between George Bell and Hannah my wife of ye County of Northampton in Virginia of ye one parte and our two sonns Geo Bell and Jeodiah Bell of ye Said Place of ye other partie witnesseth that wee ye Said George Bell and Hanah my Lawfull wife of ye Sail Dell for Divers good [-----] and Consideration us thereunto Moveing but nore espectially for and in Concideration of ye Maturall Love and Affection hath and hereunto Bare unto our Said two Sonns George and Jeodiah Bell that is to Say, to witt after ye decease of us ye Said Geo Bell and Hanah my Lawfull wife Hath given Granted Aliened confirmed and doe by these Presents given grant Alien and confirm unto Our Said two Sonns George and Jeodiah Bell that is to Say after the Decease of mee the Said Geo and Hannah my now Said wife all that Plantation that I now live on Containing by Estimation a bout two hundred Acres of Land to be Divided between them the Said Geo and Jeodiah Bell immediately after the decease of me ye Said George Bell and Hannah my Now wife as followeth, that part of ye Said Land that wee now Lie on runing Westerly to ye great Branch wee the Said Bell and Hannah my wife give for ye Consideration aforesaid unto our Son George Bell and ye other Part of ye Land on ye other Side of ye Said Branch that is westerly from ye Great Branch to head of my Lines wee ye Said Bell and Hannah my wife give to our other Said Son Jeodiah Bell which Said Land wee give to them and their heirs for Ever but in cass Either or both of our Said two Sons Should depart this Life without Lawfull Issue of their bodyes then his or both their parts of ye Said Land wee ye Said Geo Bell and Hannah my wife give it unto Ezekiel Bell and his heirs for Ever that is to Say after ye Decease of me ye Said Geo Bell and Hanah my wife and that wee Shall and will Peaceable and Quietly Injoy ye Said Land During our Naturall Lives then after our Decease wee give ye Said Land together with all houses Orchards Gardens fences woods Elder woods water watercourses and all other appurtenances there unto belonging with all and Singular pattents or writings touching or Concerning the premises to have and to hold ye Said Land and all and singylar ye [-----] hereby before Mentioned or intended to be hereby given granted Aliened and Confirmed and Every part and parcell there of unto ye above Said Geo: and Jeodiah Bell and to thier proper use & behoof that is after our decease to them and thiere heires Lawfull begotten of their said Body and in Case of failer of any Such heirs then wee give ue Sd Land as fore mentioned to Ezekiel Bell and his heirs for Ever that is to Say after our Decease as before mentioned and that it Shall and may be lawfull to and for them ye Said Geo and Jeodiah Bell and Ezekiel Bell as aforesaid Shall from time to time and at all times hereafter that is to Say after the decease of me George Bell and Hannah my wife peaceable and Quitely to Enter into and upon ye Said Land as fore mentioned and ye Same to hold Occupy and Injoy the above Said Land and all and singular ye Premises herein before Mentioned without any Lawfull or Equiatable Lett Sett Trouble Deniall or Disturbances whatsoever

Then ye Said Deed of Gift wass acknowledged in Court by George Bell and Hannah his lawfull wife She being first Exmined as ye Law directs and Acknowledged ye same to be thier Reall Act and Deed totheir two Sonns George and Jeodiah Bell and at ye Request of the said Geo Bell and Hannah his wife it is Admitted to Record.
