This Indenture made the twenty ninth Day of September Anno Domini 1794 Between Edward Killman and Tabitha his wife of Accomack County Virginia of the one part and Thomas Gray of the said County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Killman and Tabitha his wife for and in consideration of the sum of thirty pounds Current Money of Virginia to him payed by Thomas Gray Before the Sealing and Delivery thereof the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents do give grant Bargain and Sell to the said Thomas Gray his heirs and assings for ever a Tract or Parcel of Land with the appurtenances Lying and being of part of the track of Solomon Gray s Land in the aforsd County Bounded and butted by Solomon Grays Junr Land and running a long line of Thos Riley s Land and William Sreaves s Land and from thence to Ann Grays Land it being the Land that was devised by the last Will and testament of Solomon Gray decd containing twenty Acres by Survey to have and to hold all the said Bargained premises with the appurtenances to the said Thomas Gray his heirs and assigns forever the use of the said Thomas Gray his heirs and assigns for ever under his Special trust and confidence Nevertheless to wit that the said Thomas Gray and his heirs for ever shall for ever hereafter Stand Seazed of all the Bargained premises with the appurtenances and the said Edward Killman for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant with the said Thomas Gray his heirs and assigns That at the imediatly before the Sealing and Delivery here of he is Seized of the aforesaid twenty Acres of Land with the appurtenances in a good and peasable of inheritance in free simple and that he hath good Right and full power to grant Bargain and Sell the same to the said Thomas Gray he his heirs in a good manner and form aforesaid and that the said twenty acres of Land with the appurtenances are fre of all incumberances whatsoever other them quitrance to be come due and the said Edward Killman and Tabitha his wife Doth hereby for themselves and their heirs Executors Administrators covenant with the said Thomas Gray his heirs and assigns that he will hereafter for ever warrant and defend the said twenty Acres of Land with appurtenances to the said Thomas Gray his heirs and Assigns for ever against all persons Claiming a Title whatsoever and that the said Edward Killman he his heirs for ever will when he or they Shall hereafter there to Required by the same Thomas Gray his heirs or assigns at the Cost of the person Required the same make Deed and execute such act Deed or devised in the Law for the better and for his assuring to the sd Thomas Gray his heirs and assigns for ever the said twenty Acres of land with the appurtenances as the said Thomas Gray his heirs and Assigns or they Counsell in the Law Learned shall advise Requiered in testimony whereof we have hereunto fixed our hands and Seals the day any year first above written
