This Deed, made the 20th day of June A. D. 1910, between Edward G. Kellam and Elizabeth W., his wife parties of the first part, and Thorogood O. Killmon, party of the second part, and Jno. T. B. Hyslup, beneficary, and Otho P. Mears, trustee, respectively in a certain deed of trust from James H. Kellam and wife, dated the day of January A. D., 19 , and duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of Accomack County, Virginia, parties of the third part. - - - - - - - - -

Witnesseth: That in consideration of the sun of Thirty Five Hundred Dollars (3500.00) cash in had paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presnets to the said first parties by the said second party, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said first parties do grant and convey, with general warranty of title, unto the said second party his heirs and assings, all that certain tract of land situate in the neighborhood of Painter, Accomack county, virginia, containing Sixty Eight (68) Acres, more or less, but conveyed in gross and not by the acres, and bounded on the North by the county road; on the East by the lands of Geo. W. Turner and Joseph Savage; on the South by the lands of Joseph Savage and James H. Kellam; on the West by the lands of James H. Kellam - it being the same lands conveyed to Elizabeth W. Kellam by Jesse Evans and another and to said Edward G. Kellma by James H. Kellam and wife.

Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the said tract of alnd belonging or in anywise appurtaining. To have and to hold the aforesaid tract of land, with its appurtenances, unto the said Thorogood O. Killmon, his heirs and assigns, forever.

The said Jon. T. B. Hyslup, beneficiary, and Otho P. Mears, trustee, respectively, in the aforesadi deed of trust,the date of which is not stated accurately, but it is the only deed of trust to the said parties, by becoming parties to and signing and sealing this deed, hereby release the lien of the said deed of trust as to tem acres, more or less, of the aforesaid described tract of land but expressly retain the lien of the said deed of trust as to the residue of land therein conveyed. The lands hereby released from the lien of said deed of trust being the ten acres conveyed to the said Edward G. Kellam by James H. Kellam and wife about the day of January 1909

Hyslup whose names are signed to the writing above bearing date the 20th day of June A. D. 1910, have acknowledged the same before me in my county aforesaid.
