The CommonWealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Accomack County greeting: You are commanded to Summon John Joynes and Anne his wife to appear before the Justices of our Court of the said County on the last monday in May next then and there to answer a bill in chancery exhibited against them by Richard Bayly --- And this they shall in now wise omit under the penalty of One hundred pounds and have then there this writ. Witness Edmund Bayly clerk of our said Court at his Office the 2nd day of April 1805 in the 29th year of the CommonWealth.
